Effective August 1, 2016 all transit related expenses will need to be reimbursed via the use of your debit card.  Transit claims paid out of pocket incurred prior to this change being made must be submitted by November 1, 2016for reimbursement.

Changes to your existing commuter benefits can be made by completing the Enrollment/Change Form opening that tab above.

If you are currently enrolled in the post-tax transit benefit and will no longer require it as a result of this change to the pre-tax monthly amount, please include that change on the form as well.

Welcome to the HR Simplified website created especially for University of California San Francisco (UCSF).  On this site you have the ability to log directly into your Commuter Benefits account from the tab labeled ‘Employee/Participant Login’. To enroll or make changes to your existing election, please select the tab labeled ‘Commuter Benefits Program Enrollment/Change Form’. The form has been changed slightly so be aware of those changes as you complete the form. As a reminder, please use your UCSF payroll ID as the Employee ID.
